To operate PropPen, we share limited data with trusted third-party service providers in the following categories:

Your data is stored in a secure, managed PostgreSQL database hosted by our infrastructure provider. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

PropPen uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If you have a Meta Pixel enabled, it may set cookies for analytics purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your generation history

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Generated content may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement.

PropPen is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
