Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PropPen ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PropPen is an AI-powered platform that generates real estate listing descriptions, marketing copy, social media captions, and other text-based content for real estate professionals. The Service requires an internet connection and a registered account.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Credits & Payments

PropPen uses a credit-based system. New accounts receive a complimentary BASIC bundle. Additional credits may be purchased through our "Run It Back" page. All credit purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe. Credits do not expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
• Share, resell, or redistribute generated content as a competing service
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated through PropPen is yours to use for your listings and marketing. However, PropPen retains ownership of the platform, its design, branding, and underlying technology. You may not claim ownership of the PropPen brand or platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PropPen does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or MLS compliance of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all output before publishing to any MLS or marketing channel.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropPen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to PropPen in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
